How Can I Benefit From Detox Foot Pads
Detox foot pads are a Japanese product sold under the Kinoki brand. Producers claim that these detox foot pads help you detox your body in a natural way, while you sleep.
The way detox foot pads operate is like this. At night, when you go to bed, you utilise them to your feet and they will naturally soak up toxins through the soles of your feet, cleaning your body and letting you feel healthier when you wake up.
These detox foot pads have quite a following in Asian countries, where they are commonly used. They have just recently been increasing in popularity on this side of the Atlantic, with people claiming several degrees of effectivity, form the miraculous to the otiose.
I always opt natural body procedures for weight loss, physical condition, and getting rid of toxins of the body. All The Same, I fathom that this is not always feasible or simple in the stressful lives that we lead. Additionally, after dealing with one or more hours of traffic after work, its difficult to obtain the strength needed to run until you sweat naturally. Thats why I fathom that some people are willing to utilise these detox foot pads as an option.
Now, the important thing, do they work? Well, yes and no. Or as I like to put it: it depends.
You see, our bodies use sweating as the key process to control our body heat and get rid of toxins. You might not notice, but youre constantly sweating, even when youre not doing exercise. When we do physical activities, this process happens in a much bigger scale. That is why we smell bad when we sweat. Our nose is telling us that all those substances are a big no-no.
Now there are parts of the body that sweat more than others; armpits and feet. Thats why they smell more than the rest of the body.
When you allow those detox foot pads on your feet all night long, you increment the perspiring rate of your feet, and consequently you sweat off more toxins that you normally would. Thats why they smell bad when you take them off the next day.
Notwithstanding, the more amount of sweat due to those detox foot pads isnt really cleaning your whole body of toxins. Youre feet are just perspiring a bit more from the pressure than the detox food pads utilise. What Is More, you are merely perspiring off toxins that you can sweat usually through skin pores. Consequently, they cannot cleanse your body of solid waste since skin is not permeable.
Notwithstanding, why do people claim that they have seen tremendous results with these detox foot pads? My own personal belief is that they function on the same principle than aphrodisiacs. If you actually think they will work, they probably will. That is not actually a bad thing, but personally, I would rather go to the gym and sweat the toxins off on those rare occasions when I have time.
Reviews of Colon Cleansers - Dr Floras
Dr. Floras colon cleanse products have received a good amount of attention lately it seems. During my review of Dr. Floras, I too became impressed by both the products they provide as well as the company behind them. This shorter version of my full Dr. Flora’s review will give you a brief picture of what Dr. Flora’s has to offer.
As mentioned, my first impression of Dr. Flora’s was a good one. The site is professional and doesn’t seem to be riddled with hyped up marketing and fake testimonials. I also liked that their site provided a good amount of information on both their products as well as general colon cleansing information such as frequently asked questions, colon related articles, etc.
Dr. Flora’s has quite a few options when it comes to their products. The flagship product is Dr. Flora’s Colon Cleanse that costs $57. They also have an Ultimate Kit that costs $157 that includes Cleanse Support, Parasite Defense and Probiotics in addition to the Colon Cleanse. All can also be purchased separately. From what I can tell, all products fuction as they should and are a great solution to many’s colon problems.
The customer service at Dr. Flora’s gets an A grade. I called and acted as if I was an angry customer to which they responded very politely and professionaly. I’ve seen quite a few complaints about other companies that are extremely difficult to even get ahold of, so needless to day, I was impressed with Dr. Floras. So far, everything looks to be on the up and up with Dr. Flora’s.
Now where I really got impressed was when I came across their money back guarantee. Most companies in this industry don’t have a guarantee at all and if they do it’s a mediocre one at best (30 to 60 days). So you can imagine my surprise to find out that they have a full one-year money back guarantee! Not only that, but you can return one empty bottle, where other companies only allow you to return unopened bottles. Nice job Dr. Flora’s.
After seeing the good news so far, I now expected to see a good report from the Better Business Bureau. And once again, good news was found. The BBB only had two complaints filed in the last three years. This is unheard of. Most good companies still have a few hundred complaints in this industry. Again, impressive results from Dr. Flora’s.
When searching for information about colon cleanse products, you’ll invariably come across sites that have unfavorable reviews (this is not a bad thing). It’s important to know, however, that there are many sites out there that only put down certain products in order to push theirs. All I am saying is that you should take caution in where you get your information from and realize that it all may not be unbiased.
After having reviewed Dr. Flora’s colon cleanse, I’m rather impressed. Not only does their product seem to be effective, but it looks to be a very upstanding company. The BBB report was very favorable, the product is reasonably priced and their guarantee is the best that I’ve seen so far. If you’re looking for a colon cleansing product, I highly recommend Dr. Flora’s.
Colon Cleanse Review for Evercleanse
Evercleanse has gained quite a bit of popularity recently, but is it all it’s cracked up to be? This Evercleanse review will look at the product itself as well as the company behind Evercleanse to see if it is right for you.
The Evercleanse systems consists of a 3 step process: The Clean Sweep (breaks down waste in colon), Replenish (gets rid of bad bacteria and provides the colon with good pathogens), and Colon Support and Maintenance (a colon support formula). The ingredient profile in Evercleanse is fiber rich and should do the job as expected.
An important part of choosing a colon cleanse product is being able to trust the company who produces the product. The evercleanse website is quite professional and clean. Like many others, they use ‘testimonials’ to add credibility to their product. The Evercleanse testimonials are unverifiable as they provide no name or other information. It’s likely that most testimonials you’ll see are created by the marketing folks at the company headquarters.
The fulfillment company associated with Evercleanse, 3PL Worldwide Inc, also received an ‘F’ grade by the Better Business Bureau. Now, it’s difficult to say how close the two companies are, but it’s still something that’s worth noting.
Evercleanse provides no money back guarantee on their product. This is always a red flag. We like to see guarantees at least longer than 30 days. Another red flag for Evercleanse that I found is their weak privacy policy. If you dig deap enough you’ll find that they may be selling your email address to other companies whose products they think you ‘might find interesting.’ In order to not have your email shared, you have to actually opt out by visiiting a separate site. In today’s world, this just isn’t acceptable.
As far as cost goes, Evercleanse is about average. It will cost you close to $60 for a 2 week supply and about $100 for a 6 week supply.
In conclusion, Evercleanse is likely to be a decent product in terms of effectiveness. What does raise caution, however are some of their business practices such as a weak privacy policy and no money back guarantee.
Raw Food Benefits
What is the Raw Food Diet? The raw food diet is more than salads, carrots and celery sticks. Raw cuisine can be delicious and interesting, or it can be dreary. Some of the world’s best resorts now offer raw food menus and there has been a great effort by chiefs around the world to come up with recipes that are worth eating.
At least 75 percent of the food that is eaten in the raw food diet is not cooked. Heating food above 116 degrees F destroys the enzymes in the food that helps with digestion. Foods that are included in the raw food diet are fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouted grains, legumes, seaweeds, dried fruit, freshly made juices, raw carob powder, cold pressed olive oil and certain spices, seasonings and mineral water. Dried food is allowable because drying doesnt kill off the enzymes.
Raw foods are high in vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, dietary fibers, antioxidants and lots of live goodness. Most raw foods are easily digested; this saves your bodys energy for other things. Raw fruit and vegetables are high in water content, this helps with the constipation that can sometimes happen on a high fiber diet.
Most foods in nature contain the enzymes needed for your body to break them down. When we cook food, we destroy these enzymes. This means we have to break them down ourselves using our own digestive juices.
The enzymes our body makes arent as efficient as the natural ones, and our body has to work hard to make them. This takes resources away from out bodys systems that keep us from being susceptible to illness, disease and premature ageing. If we eat raw food that helps with the digestion process; we dont have to draw on these resources that could be put to better use.
One of the benefits of the raw food diet is active enzymes. Most of the foods in natural state contain the enzymes needed to break them down. When food is cooked, these enzymes are destroyed. This means we have to break them down ourselves using digestive enzymes our body has to make. This takes energy and our enzymes arent as efficient as the natural ones, and our body has to work hard to make them. If we eat raw food that has the enzymes that helps digest it; we dont use our bodys energy to do this and we can live longer, healthier lives.
Fruit and vegetables have high water content, this helps with the constipation that can sometimes be a problem with a high fiber diet. Many people report having clearer skin and stronger nails and fuller hair. I dont know of anyone who has not lost at least some weight when they switched.
Part of the raw food diet includes suggestions like which food should be eaten together, eating only organic food, and only eating sprouted grains. This can be hard to stick to for some of us, I found the best way to go at it is to start off with something raw every meal and then add a raw food every week. Add nuts, seeds or a salad or fruit to your meals. By doing this you are adding active enzymes that will help you digest the food faster and you are easing into eating raw.
Whole, ripe, raw, organic foods in their natural state are what your body needs to be vibrant and free of disease.
Colonix Review - Is Colonix Right for Me?
Beign one of the of more well-known colon cleansers today, Colonix (made by Dr. Natura) appears to be a quality colon cleansing product. The company behind Colonix has been around for a long time and looks to have a great track record so far. But is Colonix all it’s cracked up to be? This shorter version of my thorough Colonix review will give you a quick view of Dr. Natura to see if this product may be a good solution for you.
Colonix, as a product, seems to be a quality product. It’s ingredient profile looks promising and backed a good amount of research. Like many colon cleansers, Colonix has a 3 step program to follow: 1. A fiber complex (Colonix Intestinal Cleanser), 2. A paranil herb complex, and 3. a KlerTea complex. At first glance, it appears that Colonix will deliver on the promised results.
One of the first thing that I look at when reviewing colon cleanse products is the company behind the product (because in this industry there are many, many scams). In this regard, I’m happy to report that Dr. Natura appears to be a very customer oriented and honest company. They have been around for over a decade which isn’t common in this industry at all. And from what I can tell, they have a pretty solid track record over that time period.
Another item worth mentioning is Dr. Natura’s guarantee. They have 60-day money back guarantee. This is better than most products in this industry that don’t provide a guarantee at all. On top of that, they allow you to return both opened and unopened bottles (another thing that isn’t seen too often).
You’ll notice on the Colonix website that there are testimonials everywhere. You may also see a button that says ‘Verified 100% Authentic Testimonials.’ I don’t usually pay much attention to testimonials because they are made up so easily, but this intrigued me so I called Dr. Natura so ask about how these testimonials were verified authentic. You can hear my converstation with them on my website.
Colonix is priced at $88 for a one month supply. To be frank, this is a little expensive for a colon cleanse product. They’re likely able to charge higher amounts because people see them as the authority in the colon cleanse industry. Is this too much? Ultimately it’s up your call.
In conclusion, the Colonix product seems legitimate. The company looks to be reputable and customer service oriented. They have good guarantee, although they are pricing a bit higher than others. If the testimonials are real, they have alot of happy customers. I have no problem recommending Colonix as a good colon cleanse product.
