Try This Easy Method To Lucid Dream

In simple terms, if one has a dream and they’re actually aware of the fact that they’re dreaming, then that is known as a lucid dream. In the context of dreaming, ‘lucid’ means being aware or conscious, but of course the lucidity of a dream can vary dramatically depending on the dream itself, how much of the dream you remember, and also how much influence you have with regards to controlling the dream.

This last point which has been mentioned is without a doubt the most amazing thing of all. Actually being able to realize that one is dreaming is something which words simply cannot explain. It is by all accounts almost unbelievable that one can actually control the direction of a dream and be free of limitations.

Just for a moment to try and imagine what it must feel like, bearing in mind that by all accounts it feels, looks, and sounds exactly like a real life situation. However, the difference is, it’s only a dream. Unlike in the real world, one is not restricted by rules and regulations, and neither can one become injured and die in a lucid dream. The bottom line is; a lucid dream is yours. It is your personal virtual reality, and you can be rest assured that even the most sophisticated computers in the world can’t provide you with anything similar.

It simply cannot be denied that lucid dreaming is a skill which can only be described as being fantastic. It’s hardly surprising really that so many people are now longing to master the art of lucid dreaming. Interestingly enough, most people will have the occasional lucid dream but just imagine if you could experience one whenever you want.

Depending on your own personal desires, lucid dreaming can be your own private doorway to the most incredible experiences. From socializing with world famous celebrities, to visiting distant lands and exotic places, lucid dreaming opens up a whole new world of opportunity. In fact, one can even travel to the most distant planets of the universe or spend some quality time with loved ones who have already departed from this world.

Unfortunately though, being able to experience lucid dreams on a regular basis is not always very easy. Until recently, the vast majority of people wanting to experience lucid dreaming would dedicate months and months in order to receive suitable training and self conditioning. Admittedly, many of these people did eventually manage to have lucid dreams but for the most part they were very brief experiences, while many people on the other hand never achieved any level of success at all.

Can one find simple ways which make it possible to experience a lucid dream?

While some people may not agree, others believe firmly that certain foods have the ability to induce a lucid dream. In fact, it’s recommended that you have cheese, milk, orange juice and even mustard immediately before going to sleep.

Fish, pickles, popcorn, and ice cream have also been mentioned. Even though these foods don’t seem to compare with those mentioned above, many people do claim that these help to improve dream recall. Unfortunately for many people who may be on a diet, all the foods just mentioned contain a lot of sugar, salt, and fat, none of which are known to promote a good night’s sleep.

Can technology help people to experience lucid dreaming?

As time moves on, so too does technology so it comes as little surprise that technology can nowadays assist people with regards to lucidity. In fact, technology can now be used in order to both stimulate and induce lucid dreams. Various devices which come in the form of masks and eyeshades can now detect REM in a person and when they do, they then begin to blink a red beam of light. By integrating this beam of light with the dream, it is hoped that the beam of light will serve to remind the subject that they are dreaming, thus providing them with an opportunity to try and control the direction of the dream.

Furthermore, there have recently been some astounding developments with regards to sound technology. In fact, these developments have to a great extent made lucid dreaming possible for one and all. A process which uses binaural beats has recently been developed by scientists. This process involves playing sound at different frequencies into each ear.

Essentially, this process helps to synchronize the two hemispheres of the human brain. Furthermore, once listening begins, rapid eye movement is almost instantaneous, thus paving the way for a lucid dream.

Anyone who has an interest in experiencing a lucid dream can be rest assured that this is without a doubt the easiest and most reliable way for getting started.
