It’s so amazing to know how powerful our body is, and how capable of doing so many physical activities it is. Proper preparation before engaging in strenuous physical activities will also be helpful. Also, having a healthy diet and avoiding eating those foods that can contribute to arthritis would be very helpful in preventing certain kinds of muscle pains and injuries.

In order to not weaken your muscles, it is always suggested to have a proper and well balance diet and do proper exercises. Simple walking and jogging in the park can in fact help to strengthen your muscles so as to avoid certain kinds of injuries, like the rotator cuff injury. Be sure to prepare your body properly before actually doing strenuous activities. Yoga and warm up exercises are suggested before and after every physical activity to avoid certain kinds of muscle strain, joint pain and injuries.
